LAUREN JOYCE (Actor)--appeared for the first time with Tri-State in A STREETCAR NAMED DESIRE.   Ms Joyce's previous credits include Eve in CHILDREN OF EDEN, Princess Minerva in THE PRINCESS AND THE PEA, and the Spirit of Christmas Past in SCROOGE. She thanks God for his bountiful blessings and her family and friends for their support.

 


BRITTANY KNOLL (Actor)--BRITTANYKNOLL joined Tri-State Actors theater in 2004 for her third season as a member of the Intern Company and her second year as a youth member of the Professional Acting Company.  Ms. Knoll  portrayed Anne Frank in Tri-State's opening production of the history-making play, THE DIARY OF ANNE FRANK, and continued her work as a senior intern with our Intern Acting Company, reprising all her roles in 2003's GOLLIWHOPPERS and JACK AND THE BEANSTALK during AT&T's Family Week at the Theater, a state-wide week of theater for children and parents in March.  A sophomore at Wallkill Valley Regional High School, Ms. Knoll joined TAT’s Intern Company in Season 2001 and performed in TARRADIDDLE TRAVELS. In March, 2002,  she reprised her role in TAT’s Student Intern presentation of TARRADIDDLE TRAVELS for AT&T’s 6th Annual Family Week at the Theater. Ms. Knoll joined the professional company during Season 2003 portraying various characters in  TAT's TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD. She is a member of WV chorus and select chorus and was in WV’s production, THE WIZARD OF OZ. At Franklin Elementary School, she was in THE LITTLE MERMAID and played the White Rabbit in ALICE IN WONDERLAND and participated in the Franklin Elem. School chorus and select chorus. She studied jazz at Dance Expression. Brittany plays the French horn and enjoys horse back riding.


SARAH KOESTNER* (Actor)-- makes her debut  in Chris Schario's adaptation of Dickens' A CHRISTMAS CAROL in 2007, and is thrilled to be a part of Tri-State Actors Theater.  She was last seen as part of the New York International Theatre Festival in POKER FACE at the Barrow Theatre.  Other New York Credits include: A NIGHT OF KEN URBAN, SNOW WHITE, OTHELLO, ROMEO AND JULIET and IMITATE THE SUN. Regionally she has been seen in THE MAIDS, SHE STOOPS TO CONQUER, A MONTH OF SUNDAYS, and various roles in the national tour of CURIOUS GEORGE with TheatreworksUSA.  Film credits include: PROJECT FORESIGHT, LEAVES ME ALONE and SHANE SOARES.  She earned her MFA at Rutgers University with William Esper and her BFA from Emerson College in Boston, Massachusetts.  Sarah is a proud member of Actors Equity.


VINCENT LAMBERTI* (Actor)--Returned in 2006 to portray Stanley Kowalski in Tennessee Williams' A STREETCAR NAMED DESIRE. Mr. Lamberti made his debut at Tri-State Actors Theater as Count Dracula in THE PASSION OF DRACULA.  His New York credits includes productions for  the Roundabout Theatre, the Henry St. Playhouse, NY Public Theatre, and the Metropolitan Playhouse. Regional and international credits include plays for the Pacific Jewish Theatre, the Northshore Music Theatre, Two Rivers Theatre Company, the Shakespeare Theater of NJ, McCarter Theatre, Arkansas Repertory Theatre, Capital Rep, the Drill Hall Arts Center in London, and the National Theatre in Greece. Mr. Lamberti has been seen on TV in ONE LIFE TO LIVE, HOT ICE, HELP! and NY SEE NEWS MAGAZINE. His film work includes THE FUNERAL, THE BLACKOUT, DESECRATION, and HORROR.  Mr. Lamberti is a graduate of the American Conservatory Theatre's Advanced Training Program and a member of Actors Equity Association..


LYNN LAURENCE* (Actor)--laurencemade her debut at Tri-State Actors Theater in THE VIEW FROM HARRY'S BAR. Her regional and New York credits include: THE RAINMAKER and LOVE’S LABOUR’S LOST at American Stage; HOW I LEARNED TO DRIVE at Florida Studio; BOOK OF DAYS for Shadowland Theatre; BUS STOP, THE COCKTAIL HOUR and BROADWAY BOUND for Bristol Valley Theatre; RECKLESS for Kaleidoscope Theatre and THE HOT L BALTIMORE and PICNIC for American Globe. She can also be spotted as various moms, nurses, law associates and fish monger’s wives in PROM NIGHT, LAW & ORDER: CRIMINAL INTENT; TWO WEEKS NOTICE and the upcoming DOOR IN THE FLOOR. Ms. Laurence lives in New York with her amazing husband Steve. Love and gratitude to family and friends for their continued support. Ms. Laurence is a member of Actors’ Equity, SAG and AFTRA.


MARK LIGHT-ORR*(Actor)-- An Equity member, Mr. Light-Orr joins Tri-State Actors professional company for the first time as both Oberon and Theseus in Season 2005's A MIDSUMMMER NIGHT'S DREAM, by William Shakespeare, the first professional production of the Bard ever presented in Sussex County and our region. Mr. Light-Orr holds a Bachelors Degree in Music from Boston University and an MFA in Theater from Penn State. His New York credits include work at the Ensemble Studio Theater, Expanded Arts, ASCAP, and the Women’s Project & Production Directors Lab. His regional credits include Milwaukee Repertory Theater, two seasons at the Utah Shakespearean Festival, Colorado Shakespeare Festival, the Fulton Opera House, and South Carolina Repertory Company. Mark played Charlie Cowell (and understudied Harold Hill) in the national tour of Susan Stroman’s revival of THE MUSIC MAN. He has also appeared in several independent films, including the upcoming THE YELLOW WALLPAPER and TUS OJOS GRITAN.
 


JOE LITRENTA (Actor)-- Joined Tri-State Actors Theater in his first stage appearance ever as the Third Man in the history-making play, THE DIARY OF ANNE FRANK. Mr. Li Trenta is a full-time electronic music artist, with a catalog of over 400 songs. Mr. LiTrenta returns to Tri-State in the dual roles of Robin Starveling, the Tailor and Peaseblossom in Season 2005's A MIDSUMMMER NIGHT'S DREAM, by William Shakespeare, the first professional production of the Bard ever presented in Sussex County and our region.


TOM LI TRENTA (Actor )--Returned to Tri-State in 2006 as Steve Hubbell in A STREETCAR NAMED DESIRE.  In 2005 he was  Actor #3, portraying several roles, inlcuding the Ghost of Christmas Present in A CHRISTMAS CAROL, and reprised those roles in 2006.. He appeared in  Tri-State's THE DIARY OF ANNE FRANK,THE VIEW FROM HARRY'S BAR and  TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD. Mr. LiTrenta recently was Tybalt in the Illustrious Theatere's ROMEO AND JULIET. Other credits include  A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM and BABES IN TOYLAND for the Growing Stage(Netcong), the Illustrious Theatre Company's A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM and MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING, and LOOSE KNIT and LUTHER for the Highlands Stage CompanyHe has appeared on the Japanese TV comedy, TELL ME AMIGO and on THE RICKI LAKE SHOW. A life-long Sussex-Wantage resident, Tom will always give back to the town that shaped him.


JOHN LITTLE*(Actor)--returned to Tri-State in 2007 to read the role of Jack in THE BALLAD OF FATHER GALLAGHER, for Tri-State's first New Play Reading this season. . He was last seen at Tri-State in the staged reading of Andrew Beal's THE LOGIC OF REASON in 2006. He starred as Jack Mullen in Conor McPherson's THE WEIR in season 2005.  Mr. Little  appeared as Dr. Cedric Seward  in THE PASSION OF DRACULA  in 2004, was Amethyst in THE VIEW FROM HARRY'S BAR  in 2003 and Atticus Finch in TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD in Tri-State's inaugural production (April, 2003) at the Crescent Theater. A long-time member of Actors Equity Association, he played Pato  in THE BEAUTY QUEEN OF LEENANE in Season 2001, and returned in 2002 as Matt Friedman in TALLEY'S FOLLY and HB Larson in the world premiere of ON THE SHOWROOM FLOOR. Other credits include Polonius in HAMLET at the Theatre Project in Massachusetts, and Herr Schultz in CABARET at Worcester Foothills Theatre.  He recently returned from the Asian tour of CABARET starring Andrea McArdle.  He is a Yale School of Drama graduate and has worked at regional theaters across the country and in Europe.  In New York he was in TOO NOBLE BROTHERS, produced by the Public Theatre, CHRISTOPHER COLUMBUS at the New Federal Theatre, and DEAR OSCAR at the Perry Street Theatre. Mr. Little’s regional work includes MAJOR BARBARA at Yale Rep, PYGMALION at Syracuse Stage, NOISES OFF at the Barter Theater, OUT OF ORDER at Paper Mill Playhouse, GLIMMERGLASS at Goodspeed and PRIVATE LIVES and SPRINGTIME FOR HENRY at Centenary Stage. He has toured New York in ANGEL STREET, New England in LIGHT UP THE SKY and Canada in SCROOGE.  John lives in NYC with his wife Amy and  children Eleonora and Joel.


JUSTIN LOPEZ (Actor)-- appeared for the first time as Pablo Gonzales on the Tri-State stage in  A STREETCAR NAMED DESIRE.  He is currently a Musical Theater student at Montclair State University.  He hopes to continue his education and pursue a career in directing.
 

 


 JENNIFER LORYN (Actor)-- was featured as Hermia in Season 2005's A MIDSUMMMER NIGHT'S DREAM, by William Shakespeare, the first professional production of the Bard ever presented in Sussex County and our region. She is grateful for the opportunity to play such a “little” but “fierce” role. She has performed at various regional and NYC theaters, including the Williamstown Theatre Festival, the McCarter Theatre, HERE, NY Fringe and La Mama. Jennifer’s third publicly performed one-woman cabaret SWF SEEKING… ran to sold-out audiences at midtown’s Don’t Tell Mama. As always, love to her family. IAN LOWE (Actor)--joins Tri-State for the first time as Pierre in MISSING PAGES, the first  play in the 2008 New Plays Reading Series.   National tour credits include TWELFTH NIGHT, THE INVISIBLE MAN (Aquila Theatre Company), MAME (Candlewood), and A CHRISTMAS CAROL (TheatreWorks).  Regional credits include plays and musicals at Forestburgh Playhouse, Porthouse Theatre, Virginia Musical Theatre, Surflight Theatre, and Hangar Theatre.  Ian is a graduate of Yale University where he played leading roles with the Yale Dramatic Association.  Ian lives in NYC with his girlfriend, a big cat, and a tiny dog,  and is a proud member of Actors Equity Association since 2005.


BROOKE LUCAS (Actor)-- Made her debut at Tri State in the 2005 production of  THE WEIR.  She is a Kansas City native and a graduate of Abilene Christian University (BFA in Acting) and Temple University (MFA in Acting) where she performed leading roles in RING AROUND THE MOON, DANCING AT LUGHNASA, HOUSE OF BERNADA ALBA, OUR TOWN, BROADWAY, THE BACCHAE, COUD NINE, CRAZY FOR YOU, MY FAIR LADY, AND HOW TO SUCCEED . . . among others.   Professional credits include Lady Macbeth in MACBETH, Isabel in HENRY V (Abilene Shakespeare Festival,)  and understudy for the title role in DIRTY BLONDE (Wilma Theatre, Philadelphia,) directed by Ethan McSweeny.  Most recently, Ms. Lucas appeared in an Equity Showcase production of short works by Christopher Durang in NYC, as well as a workshop of Craig Lucas' SMALL TRAGEDY for Philadelphia's 1812 Productions.


FREDDIE MAAS (Actor)--Made his 2007 appearance with Tri-State as George Mudd in Andrew Shafer's THE COLOSSUS OF RHODES, one of the new plays in Tri-State's 2007 NEW PLAYS READING SERIES. After appearing in several New Plays Readings at Tri-State, Mr. Maas made his main stage debut  in the 2004 production of THE PASSION OF DRACULA. He is currently entering his sixth year portraying mob boss Johnny Scudato in the off-broadway production of MURDERED BY THE MOB in NYC. Other New York stage credits include THE DINING ROOM and SPOON RIVER ANTHOLOGY for the MCC Acting Company and the off-broadway production of DISORGANIZED CRIMES. Mr. Maas has appeared on such television shows as THE SOPRANOS, LAW AND ORDER, ED, and SEX AND THE CITY. He has appeared in many independent films including HORROR, LALEGGENDA, and CODENAME: SELL, winner of the 2006 Accolades Film Festival. He would like to thank Federico Castelluccio and Cherie Avolio for the motivation and Donna Haley and Tara Bowles for their guidance. Thanks most of all to his family, wife Debbie and son Dante for their love, understanding and support.


BRIAN MADIGAN (Actor)--portrayed Father Gallagher in 2007's  first New Plays Reading Series production, THE BALLAD OF FATHER GALLAGHER, a new script by James McLindon.  Mr. Madigan has appeared with Tri-State as Dr. Wally in MARVIN'S ROOM and Father Jack in Brian Friels' DANCING A LUGHNASA. Other roles include Michael Ford in TWENTY FIVE (Naked Eye, New York;) Elwood Dowd in HARVEY, Mr. Hawker in MUCH ADO ABOUT MURDER, Porter Milgrim in Ira Levin's DEATHTRAP, the Snake in THE APPLE TREE, all for Cornerstone Playhouse.


PAUL MANTELL* (Actor)-- is pleased to be appearing for the first time at Tri-State Actors Theatre in the 2008 New Plays Reading Series' MISSING PAGES. Mr. Mantell's most recent stage appearances include Victor in Arthur Miller’s THE PRICE at 12 Miles West Theatre Co., and as George in Neil Simon’s CHAPTER TWO at Bickford Theatre. Other regional credits include COMMUNICATING DOORS (Bickford Theatre,) IT'S A WONDERFUL LIFE (What Exit? Theatre Co.,) A DOLL'S HOUSE (12 Miles West,) and GUYS AND DOLLS (Mill Mt. Playhouse.) New York credits include THE FRANCIS DAY (La Mama ETC,) NEW LIVING NEWSPAPER (Ensemble Studio Theatre,) and THE SPANISH TRAGEDY (Riverside Shakespeare.) Paul is also the author of over 100 published children’s books, including novels, biographies, and activity books. He would like to thank wife and partner Avery Hart, and sons Clayton and Matthew, for their constant support


JOHN MANZELLI* (Actor)-- portrayed Sam (and 40 other characters!) in Tri-state's 2005 production of FULLY COMMITTED. A member of Actors Equity Association, Mr. Manzelli is an acclaimed comedic actor who has performed throughout the United States from New York through the Midwest and South to Pennsylvania and down to Florida.  His credits include playing Yvan in the hit play ART (Dixie Theatre-Florida); Bob Cratchit in A CHRISTMAS CAROL (Northeast Theatre Ensemble--Pennsylvania); Norman in AND A NIGHTINGALE SANG, Jeremy in THE SPIDER WEB (Horsecave Theatre--Kentucky); the Lead (many roles) in THE MYSTERY OF IRMA VEP, Macduff in MACBETH, Tybalt in ROMEO AND JULIET (Florida Playwrites Theatre); Richmond in RICHARD III (Illinois Shakespeare  Festival); the Lead in the musical, THE SCARLET PIMPERNEL (Public Theatre of Ft. Lauderdale--Florida); and starred as Sam and the other forty characters in FULLY COMMITTED at the New Stage, Jackson Mississippi. Mr. Manzelli is a recognized Actor/Combatant with the Society of American Fight Directors (1995), and has choreographed  various types of fights and combat in over twenty-five theatrical productions. He holds a Master of Fine Arts degree in Acting from Illinois State University.


BARRY MARINO (Actor)-- A New Orleans based actor, Mr. Marino made his debut with Tri-State as the Doctor in A STREETCAR NAMED DESIRE in 2006. He moved--temporarily--to New Jersey from New Orleans, Louisiana, following Hurricane Katrina and the flooding in 2005.  He has performed as an actor and stand-up comic for twenty years.  His credits include TONY 'N TINA'S WEDDING, Tennessee Williams' SWEET BIRD OF YOUTH, PINOCCHIO, and WHERE Y'AT, a New Orleans-style staged sit-com, which he wrote.  His television credits include RESCUE ME and CONVICTION.


BRIAN MASLOW *(Actor)--  returned to Tri-State Actors Theater in Season 2005 to play the dual roles of Peter Quince and Cobweb in A MIDSUMMMER NIGHT'S DREAM, by William Shakespeare, the first professional production of the bard ever presented in Sussex County and our region. He was last seen in Season 2004 as Renfield on the main stage in THE PASSION OF DRACULAEarlier in the season he played Peter Van Daan in THE DIARY OF ANNE FRANK, and appeared as Andy in the new play, NONPROFIT in Tri-State's New Plays Reading Series.   Mr. Maslow made his first stage appearance with Tri-State Actors Theater as Bob Ewell in TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD in 2003. He recently appeared in Centenary Stage Co.'s Production of ANOTHER ANTIGONE.  He graduated from the Mason Gross School of the Arts with a BM in music performance. Mr. Maslow also studied acting at the Stella Adler Conservtory and The School for Film and TV in NYC. Most recently, he worked in the feature film MONA LISA SMILE starring Julia Roberts, Kirsten Dunst and Julia Stiles as well as the STEPFORD WIVES with Nicole Kidman. He is a native of Byram, NJ and is a member of Actors Equity Association


DAN MATISA* (Actor)-- Made his debut at Tri State as Jim in the 2005 production of  THE WEIR.  A member of Actors Equity Association, Mr. Matisa is happy and proud to be performing for the first time with Tri-State Actors Theater. A native of Iselin, NJ, he has performed at a number of theaters in New York City (John Houseman, Public Theatre/Joe’s Pub, NY Fringe Festival, The Belt, American Globe, and others). Mr. Matisa has performed regionally at Tennessee Rep., Asolo Theatre company, Pennsylvania Centre Stage, Vermont Shakespeare Company, Nebraska Shakespeare Festival, and American Stage, among others. Some of his favorite roles include: Jane/Edgar in THE MYSTERY OF IRMA VEP, Marco in A VIEW FROM THE BRIDGE, Haskell in THE IMMIGRANT, and many Shakespearean character roles including Bottom, Tranio, Sir Hugh Evans, and Autolycus. He recently completed a four-month World Cruise contract aboard the luxury cruise liner Crystal Serenity, performing the one-man play FULLY COMMITTED.  Mr. Matisa is a graduate of Hofstra University and the Florida State University/Asolo Conservatory for Actor Training. He is a proud member of Actors’ Equity Association. Thanks to Mom, Dad and Amy for all their support and love.


 BELLAVIA MAURO* (Actor)-- The role of Margot Frank in TAT's 2004 production of THE DIARY OF ANNE FRANK marked Ms. Mauro's first appearance with the TAT Acting Company.  A member of Actors Equity Association, she is a graduate of NYU, where she studied both theater and music through the Tisch School of the Arts. She has been a performer since the day she learned to walk, and is forever grateful for every second on stage. Some favorite roles include Soupy Sue in the original Fringe Festival production of URINETOWN, THE MUSICAL, Pearl Jolly in the Midtown International Theatre Fest production of AMERICAN STORY, Maria in WEST SIDE STORY, Eva in EVITA, and Puck in A MIDSUMMER NIGHT’S DREAM. Bella is thrilled to be making her debut at TAT in one of her favorite plays, one of the most moving and important plays ever written. As always, Bella sends her love to her darling Wes and to her amazing family. She dedicates this performance to her Mama, the epitome of strength.


RANDALL MCCANN (Actor)-- joins Tri-State for the first time in 2007 as Victor Franz in Arthur Miller's THE PRICE. Theatre Credits:  Martin McDonagh's THE PILLOWMAN, Morgan in THE DRAWER BOY, Bob Ewell in TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD; Lenny in Steinbeck's OF MICE AND MEN; Mick Dowd in McConagh's A SKULL IN CONNEMARA; Corvino in Ben Jonson's VOLPONE; Stu in TALK RADIO; Paul in LOOSE ENDS; Lorenzo Miller in GOD; and many more. Mr. McCann has also worksin set design and construction, lighting and other tech theatre areas.  He holds a B.F.A. from Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University.


PATRICIA MEACHAM (Managing Director)--has served as TAT’s Managing Director since 1988. She began her theatrical career as a walk-on and stage hand in dinner theatres. Mrs. Meacham entered arts management through the box office/administrative staffs of Joseph Papp’s Public Theater, Carnegie Hall, Mercer Arts Center, the Vivian Beaumont at Lincoln Center, as Assistant to the Subscription Office Manager for NY City Opera and NY City Ballet, also at the Metropolitan Opera and Philadelphia Orchestra. She honed her management and marketing skills as an Administrative Assistant for five years at the Sussex County Arts and Heritage Council. Ms. Meacham returned to the stage in season 2006 as the Matron in  A STREETCAR NAMED DESIRE, and serves as resident costume consultant and designer for Tri-State.
 


PAUL MEACHAM*(Artistic Director and Actor)--   is the founder and artistic director of TRI-STATE ACTORS THEATER. During Season 2007, his directorial duties will include TWELFTH NIGHT, GREATER TUNA, STUART LITTLE, THE PRICE, and A CHRISTMAS CAROL. He has guided many Tri-State productions including ROUNDING THIRD, A STREETCAR NAMED DESIRE and ALWAYS...PATSY CLINE(2006;) A MIDSUMMMER NIGHT'S DREAMand THE WEIR(2005). Mr. Meacham will reprise his role as Scrooge and direct the 2007 holiday production of A CHRISTMAS CAROL. He directed the world professional premiere of Sean O'Leary's RAIN IN THE HOLLOWS and the ever-popular THE COMPLEAT WORKS OF WLLM SKSPR, abridged ; and was the featured performer in Tri-State's solo reading of Dickens' A CHRISTMAS CAROL in the 2004 holiday season.  Other productions include Brian Friel's DANCING AT LUGHNASA, MARVIN'S ROOM, Tennessee Williams' THE GLASS MENAGERIE, I HATE HAMLET, Edward Albee's THREE TALL WOMEN, Donald Margulies' COLLECTED STORIES,  THE BEAUTY QUEEN OF LEENANE, ON THE VERGE;  TALLEY'S FOLLY and Judilee Oliva's ON THE SHOWROOM FLOOR.  He has staged many children's musicals, including WINNIE THE POOH, CHARLOTTE'S WEB and THE WIND IN THE WILLOWS. During Season 2003, he directed TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD, ALWAYS . . . PATSY CLINE, and THE VIEW FROM HARRY'S BAR. Mr. Meacham performed Off-Broadway with Frank Langella and Diane Wiest in Arthur Miller's AFTER THE FALL; as Teddy Roosevelt in FIGHTING BOB; Seward in THE PASSION OF DRACULA; and was a member of the acting company of the Classic Stage Company (two years), playing featured roles in TWELFTH NIGHT, THE TEMPEST, THE HOMECOMING, THE LADY'S NOT FOR BURNING, WOYZECK, ROSENCRANTZ AND GUILDERNSTERN ARE DEAD and others. He was a founding member of the innovative WPA Theater, where he acted and directed for five seasons including directing the musical, CHARLATANS, for which he wrote the book and lyrics, and Tevia Abrams' AND NO CEREMONY. On television, he has appeared in commercials and on "soaps," including ONE LIFE TO LIVE and ALL MY CHILDREN. He adapted and produced Edgar Allen Poe's WILLIAM WILSON for public television. DANIEL MIAN(Actor)--Joined Tri-State Acting company for the first time as Antonio in William Shakespeare's delightful comedy TWELFTH NIGHT. A graduate from Binghamton University, he has also studied at the American Conservatory Theater. Past roles include Oberon in A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM, Torvald in A DOLL'S HOUSE, Horace in HELLO DOLLY!, Malvolio in TWELFTH NIGHT and Sganarelle in THE IMAGINARY CUCKOLD. DANIEL MINTZ (Actor)--made his debut in the dual roles of Tom Snout and Moth in Tri-State's A MIDSUMMMER NIGHT'S DREAM, by William Shakespeare, the first professional production of the Bard ever presented in Sussex County and our region.. Mr. Mintz  has performed in several shows at The Growing Stage Theater, as well as his old high school, Lenape Valley. He is a recent graduate of Georgetown University, holding degrees in mathematics and the classics. He would like to thank his parents for not making him cut his hair and get a real job (yet).


CELIA MONTGOMERY*(Actor)-- Ms. Montgomery returned to Tri-State in 2007 for her third season as Viola in William Shakespeare's TWELFTH NIGHT.  She made her debut with Tri-State Actors Theater in 2005 as Actor 5, playing several roles including Christmas Past and Mrs. Cratchit  in Chris Schario's adaptation of Dickens' A CHRISTMAS CAROL, and reprised her roles in the 2006  A CHRISTMAS CAROLOff-Broadway Ms. Montgomery's credits include FAIRYTALES OF THE ABSURD at the Pearl Theater; Off-off Broadway: FRANCOISE CHANGES HER MIND (Brick Theatre;) ISMENE AND ANTIGONE (Resonance Ensemble;) RHINOCEROUS; TALES FOR CHILDREN LESS THAN 3 (UTC 61;) A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM (Urban Muse;) THE SMALL APARTMENT (Verde;) and THREE SISTERS (Boomerang.)  Regionally, Ms. Montgomery played major roles in I HATE HAMLET and Arthur Miller's THE CRUCIBLE at the Alley Theater.  She was seen in the film KATE AND LEOPOLD, in the independent film,, ULTRACHRIST!; and her television credits include the long-running "soap,"  ALL MY CHILDREN. Ms. Montgomery is a member of Actors Equity Association.


P. BRENDAN MULVEY* (Gregory Solomon)-- returns to Tri-State as George in MISSING PAGES, the first new play in the 2008 New Plays Reading Series.  He starred in his debut at Tri State as Gregory Solomon in Arthur Miller's THE PRICE(2007).  He most recently played Mr. Straus in TITANIC and has appeared as Herr Schultz in the National Broadway Tour of CABARET. A member of Actors Equity Association,  his many credits include additional stints in CABARET for Bucks County Playhouse and other theatres, many appearances at the Bristol Riverside Theatre--Henry in HOLIDAY; Andrew McClaren in BRIGADOON; Peter in ROMEO AND JULIET; the Barber in MAN OF LA MANCHA; Eth Lord in THE PHILADELPHIA STORY and others; Doctor Baugh in CAT ON A HOT TIN ROOF (West Virginia Public Theatre); and many more. He trained with the HB Studios in New York. His favorite role is continuous: playing Pop-Pop to granddaughters, Ms. Shannon and Ms. Fiona of Easton, Pa.


PHILIP MUTZ (Actor)-- appears for the first time with Tri-State Actors Theater as Actor # 1 in Season 2007's A CHRISTMAS CAROL .  However, he is no stranger to the NJ stage, having recently appeared as Horace in Moliere's SCHOOL FOR WIVES (Centenary Stage;) and Snout in A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM, Orleans in HENRY V, and the Soothsayer in CYMBELINE (Shakespeare Theatre of NJ).   Other recent credits include Puck in A MIDSUMMMER NIGHT'S DREAM and The Maniac in ACCIDENTAL DEATH OF AN ANARCHIST (Burning Coal Theatre Co., Raleigh NC;) Cliff in CABARET (Middleton Players, Madison WI) and Josh in his original play KIDNAPPING LAURA LINNEY (Stella Adler Studios, NYC). Mr. Mutz  holds a BFA in Drama from the NYU's Tisch School of the Arts and currently resides/waits tables in NYC.


MICHAEL NATHANSON* (Actor)-- joined Tri-State Actors' professional company for the first time as Robin Goodfellow(Puck) and Philostrate in Season 2005's ground-breaking  A MIDSUMMMER NIGHT'S DREAM, by William Shakespeare. Mr. Nathanson graduated from the theater program at Northwestern University and also studied at RADA in London. He has performed at numerous theaters in and around New York including Lincoln Center, Hangar Theater, Ensemble Studio Theater, Playwrights Horizons, The Neighborhood Playhouse, Guild Hall in East Hampton, New Jersey Rep, The InterAct Theater in Philadelphia, NY Fringe Festival 2004, and the River Rep in Connecticut. He has also performed in over 30 shows around Off and Off-Off Broadway in the past four years, including TAMING OF THE SHREW in Central Park, Charles Ludlam’s STAGE BLOOD at the John Houseman Theater, and GOD AND MR. SMITH at the Mint Theater. Film and TV work includes: GUIDING LIGHT, COUCH CONFESSIONS (a web series with Tovah Feldshuh), SEX AND THE CITY, the PBS documentary TRADING WOMEN with Angelina Jolie and several independent films. An Equity performer, Mr. Nathanson is a company member of New Jersey Rep and 12 Miles West Theater. In June 2005, he will play the title role in HAMLET at Guild Hall in East Hampton. Mr. Nathanson is represented by Judy Boals, Inc. in NYC.


TED ODELL (Actor)--Joined Tri-State Acting Company for the first time in William Shakespeare's delightful comedy TWELFTH NIGHT, having appeared last year at the Crescent Theater in the Illustrious Theater's One Act Festival as Actor #2 in "Enjoying Your Fame." Ted was the  Limping Man in the Illustrious Theatre's  FUDDY MEERS and Roy in LONESTAR, both performed at the Warwick Valley Winery.  Recently Mr. ODell was heard on the WTBQ 1110 Radio Dramatizations as Scrooge in A CHRISTMAS CAROL  and Carl Philips/Stranger in WAR OF THE WORLDS. Over the past summer Ted played John Barrymore in the Muddy Water production of I HATE HAMLET.  He has appeared in a number of off-off Broadway productions in Manhattan. Favorite roles include: Jonathan Banks CLASS DISMISSED(ATA), Dick in MOONCHILDREN and Satin in THE LOWER DEPTHS both directed by Obie Winner Kevin O'Connor , El Gallo in THE FANTASTICKS(Irvington Town Hall Theatre,) and Peron in EVITA(Center Stage Playhouse,The Bronx) among others. BRIAN O'HALLORAN (Actor)brian o'halloran--rejoined Tri-State Actors Theater in the staged reading of Alan Steinberg's new MAGGIE'S PLAY, the first staged reading of 2004 and was featured in the final new play reading of 2004, SHAGAROUND, by Maggie Nevill. In Season 2003 he played Charlie Conlon in the international hit Irish comedy, STONES IN HIS POCKETS, by Marie Jones. Mr. O'Halloran joined Tri-State in season 2002 in the role of Yvan in Yasmina Reza's ART. He has performed in numerous theater and film productions. His theater credits include: FOUR DOGS AND A BONE, TRANSLATIONS, DANCING AT LUGHNASA, SYLVIA, WAIT UNTIL DARK, THE GLASS MENAGERIE, THE DRESSER, DRACULA, and CRIMES OF THE HEART. As a member of NJ Rep, he starred in A WORLD I NEVER MADE and AN UNHAPPY WOMAN. Brian is most recognized for his work in films. His credits include Kevin Smith's CLERKS,  MALLRATS, CHASING AMY, DOGMA, and JAY AND SILENT BOB STRIKE BACK. He starred in the animated TV series CLERKS, which is being made into a feature film. He was last seen on the Tonight Show in the short film THE FLYING CAR.  He can be seen in the romantic comedy DROP DEAD ROSES, and returns to his role of Dante in the sequel to CLERKS, CLERKS II.


JIM OPFER (Actor)-- resides in Glenwood, NJ with his wife Eileen and such ever of his five children as may be in residence at any given time. Mr. Opfer played Egeus in Tri-State's ground-breaking production of A MIDSUMMMER NIGHT'S DREAM, by William Shakespeare, to open Season 2005. His portrayal of Mr. Kraler in 2004's THE DIARY OF ANNE FRANK marked his first performance at TAT. He has played varied roles in the past including parts in YOU CAN’T TAKE IT WITH YOU, SUMMER AND SMOKE, LI’L ABNER, OLIVER, DAMN YANKEES, CAMELOT, A FEW GOOD MEN, MUSIC MAN, FIORELLO, FORUM, and FIDDLER. When not practicing his part, he can be found practicing law in Vernon Township.


LIZ PROEPPER (Tech Director, Set, Sound and Lighting Designer)-- Designed and engineered the unique sound and music found in Tri-State's ground-breaking production of A MIDSUMMMER NIGHT'S DREAM, by William Shakespeare. Ms. Proepper joined Tri-State Actors Theater in  2002 as a stage management intern and returned in 2003 as a full fledged member of the Artistic and Technical staff. Ms. Proepper is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Madison, holding a degree in Theatre Design and Technology.  While living in Madison, she had the pleasure of participating in many theatrical events both in and out of the university community.  Ms. Proepper was on the technical staff of the University of Wisconsin Opera and the Madison Repertory Theater. Her stage management credits include THE FALSETTOS, STILL LIFE WITH IRIS, BART THE TEMP, SIX DEGREES OF SEPARATION, and IO and HIM and the TROUBLE WITH HER, and several New Plays Reading Series productions for Tri-State Actors Theater.  Her set designs for Tri-State include Season 2003"s THE VIEW FROM HARRY'S BAR, THE COMPLEAT WORKS OF WLLM SHKSPR, abridged and  THE PASSION OF DRACULA. Ms. Proepper oversaw Tri-State Actors Theater's  Intern Program for two years and co-directed both children's plays -- GOLLIWHOPPERS and JACK and the BEANSTALK --during 2003, and SKUPPER DUPPERS and THE LITTLE MERMAID in season 2004.  In Season 2005  Ms. Proepper designed sound for Tri-State Actors Theater.


JOANES PROSPER (Actor)--joanesprosper made his first stage appearance with TAT as Tom Robinson in
TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD in 2003. He is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University. Some of his off-Broadway stage credits include THE MAKING OF THE BLACK MAN at the Theatre for the New City, A DIFFERENT HOPE at Carnegie Hall, GETTING OUR PROPS at B. Smiths, and THE BOX at Roger Furman Theatre. Mr. Prosper’s television appearances include SEX IN THE CITY, OZ, and ED. Film work includes several shorts and two feature films. He is currently wrapping production on the feature film WOMEN AT STEAK and stars in the film, BEHIND THE ROPES. Mr. Prosper would like to thank God, his family, friends and manager for their support. KRISTIN REEVES* (Actor)-- returned to Tri-State ask reeves Louise in the staged reading of Ginger Lazurus' NONPROFIT, presented as part of our 2004 New Plays Reading Series. Ms. Reeves portrayed Kate in A.R. Gurney's comedy, SYLVIA, during Season 2000, and  returned in Season 2001 as Fanny in Eric Overmyer's ON THE VERGE.  Her NY credits include SIMPLE DEATH for Ubu Repertory, THE LIVING SECTION, Bayou Musical Theatre, DREAMS OF THE SON at the Westside Theatre; and ROUNDHEADS AND PEEKHEADS for the Classic Theatre.  Regionally, Ms. Reeves has performed Juliet(ROMEO AND JULIET) and Julia(TWO GENTLEMEN OF VERONA) at the Old Globe Theatre, San Diego; Lady Macbeth(MACBETH); Rosalind(AS YOU LIKE IT); Olivia(TWELFTH NIGHT) and other shakespearean roles at the Nevada Shakespeare Festival; THE UTTER GLORY OF MORRISEY HALL for the Pacific Conservatory of Performing Arts; several plays for the Hilberry Repertory Theatre (Michigan), including PYGMALION(Eliza Doolittle); ABSURD PERSON SINGULAR(Eva), and LOOK HOMEWARD, ANGEL(Laura).  At the Richard Basehart Theatre in Los Angeles, she played among others, Titiana in A MIDSUMMER NIGHTS DREAM and Miss Casewell in THE MOUSETRAP.  On television, Ms. Reeves played recurring roles on LOVING and GENERAL HOSPITAL, and was featured on MIAMI VICE.  She has appeared in films (POWER/ AUTHOR, AUTHOR/ AMITYVILLE II) and has been heard on National Public Radio. She holds an MFA in Theatre from Wayne State University, and is a member of Actors Equity Association and Screen Actors Guild.


JARED REINMUTH (Actor)--made his debut with Tri-State Actors Theater as Jonathan Harker in THE PASSION OF DRACULAHe recently returned from Vermont where he played Guildenstern in Tom Stoppard's ROSENCRANTZ AND GUILDENSTERN ARE DEAD for the Killington Renaissance Festival.  Earlier this year Mr.Reinmuth played the title role in THE COUNT OF MONTE CRISTO for the Treville Players in Hackensack, NJ. He was a guest artist for the New Jersey based Hudson Shakespeare Company playing featured roles in HENRY V, TITUS ANDRONICUS, and DRACULA at the historic Jersey City Loews Theater.  Other favorite roles include Mercutio in ROMEO AND JULIET for the Blunt Theater Company, Don Quixote, and Athos in THE THREE MUSKETEERS for the National Theater of the Performing Arts. Mr. Reinmuth thanks his family and friends for their undying support.


KENDAL RIDGEWAY (Actor)-- Ms. Ridgeway  returned to Tri-State Actors Theater as Pearl Hukill  in 2004's world premiere of Sean O'Leary's RAIN IN THE HOLLOWS and was featured in the final new play reading of 2004, THE SHAGAROUND, by Maggie Nevill..  She made her Tri-State debut as Jackie in ON THE SHOWROOM FLOOR, a new play by Judylee Oliva presented in 2002. She also acted in TAT's New Plays Reading Series 2003, including Jay Boyer's FOR SOME REASON COMMA SHE LAUGHED.  At New Jersey Repertory Company she originated the roles of Nell in A WORLD I NEVER MADE, and Sally Cubbage in OCTET; and performed in the acclaimed NJ premier of THE LARAMIE PROJECT.  Other favorite theatre credits include Cora in RAFT OF THE MEDUSA, Rita in PRELUDE TO A KISS, Joann in A FEW GOOD MEN, Chris in DANCING AT LUGHNASA, Constanze in AMADEUS, Brooke in NOISES OFF, and Emily in OUR TOWN. She can also be seen on TV in several commercials and is featured in two independent film festival favorites FOUR DEAD BATTERIES, and GIRLSPREE.


KELLIE ROBERTS (Actor)--roberts returned to Tri-State as Chandra in the staged reading of Ginger Lazurus' NONPROFIT, presented as part of our 2004 New Plays Reading Series.  Ms. Roberts created the role of Sadie in THE VIEW FROM HARRY'S BAR with Tri-State Actors Theater in Season 2003. Most recently she appeared on TV in an episode of THIRD WATCH.  Some of her other stage credits include the Off-Off Broadway production of YOU SHOULDN’T HAVE TOLD at Playwright’s Horizon and SHELTER: REFUGEES OF THE AMERICAN DREAM at The Harlem Theater Company. She also played the lead in the film short, STRIKE, which was shown at both the Roxbury and Black Harvest Film Festivals. Ms. Roberts is a former student of Maggie Flanigan of the Maggie Flanigan Studios (formerly an instructor at William Esper Studios.) JOHN ROCHETTE (Actor)-- Joined Tri-State Actors Theater for the first time as Vin in James McLindon,s HANDICAPPING,  the second new play in Tri-State's 2006 NEW PLAYS READING SERIES. Mr. Rochette is a Rutgers Univ. & London Academy of Theatre graduate who currently lives in the NYC area.  Credits: Phantom in Nat'l Tour of PHANTOM OF THE OPERA, Jesus in the USA's longest running PASSION PLAY, Frank in THE ROCKY HORROR SHOW, and Anthony in SWEENEY TODD.  He was Center Blueman in NYC's BLUEMAN GROUP.  He also teaches drums and plays in a rock band, QuietBy9.com.  Mr. Rochette is a member of Actors Equity.  More information about him is available at Johnrochette.com


JUDY ROSENBLATT* (Actor)-- Joined Tri-State Actors Theater for the first time in the role of Mrs. Edith Frank in the 2004 productions of THE DIARY OF ANNE FRANK.  A member of Actors Equity Association, she has appeared with Lorraine Bracco in The Sopranos, as Mrs. Dovitch in FUGUMENTUNACHAI, as Marie in EVENSONG, and as Helen in THE WORD OF GOD, all in NYC. Her regional and NY credits include Serafina in ROSE TATTOO, Agnes in A DELICATE BALANCE, Martha in WHOSE AFRAID OF VIRGINIA WOOLF, and Karen and Musiel in PLAZA SUITE.


BILL RYDER*(Actor)-- a member of Actor's Equity Association, Mr. Ryder appeared for the first time with Tri-State Actors Theater in A STREETCAR NAMED DESIRE.  Stage Credits include OEDIPUS REX with Al Pacino and Diane Weist, AS YOU LIKE IT, and MEASURE FOR MEASURE.  Television credits include: ALL MY CHILDREN, AS THE WORLD TURNS, ONE LIFE TO LIVE, TOUGH CROWD with Colin Quinn, and SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE.  Film work includes THE GOOD SHEPARD, UNFAITHFUL, KATE $ LEOPOLD, VISIONS OF SUGARPLUMS, THE TAVERN, and NATURE BOY.  He studies Shakespeare and is currently writing a musical play.


BEN SCHAUB (Actor)-- wasValentine in William Shakespeare's comedy, TWELFTH NIGHT(2007). He made his debut with Tri-State in 2006 as the Young Man in A STREETCAR NAMED DESIRE.  Credits include: CARMINA BURANA at Carnegie Hall, LIFE, LOVE AND DREAMS at Manhattan's Hunter voice workshop, three shows with the Youth Theatre of NJ, SEUSSICAL at the Growing Stage, as well as many school plays and musicals, most recently THE CRUCIBLE.
 


BOB SENKEWICZ (Actor)-- returned to Tri-State in Season 2005 as Finbar in Conor McPherson's THE WEIR.  Mr. Senkewicz joined the Tri-State acting company in 2004 as Mr. Van Daan in TAT's THE DIARY OF ANNE FRANK, created the role of Mike in Tri-State's New Plays Reading Series presentation of  MAGGIE'S PLAY, by Alan Steinberg, and was Lord Godalming in the main stage production of  THE PASSION OF DRACULA.  He was born and raised in New Jersey and studied at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in NYC and at Upsala College. He has been part of numerous productions over the last few years including the Off-Broadway original production of TOWER OF BABBLE and regional productions of PICASSO AT THE LAPIN AGILE, THE IMPORTANCE OF BEING ERNEST, FIRST NIGHT, GHOSTS OF THE LOYAL OAKS, ZOO STORY, and BUS STOP. He has spent much of the last year appearing in a number of low budget, often no budget, independent films (Looking For Harrison, Aberrations, Strigol) and corporate industrials. Earlier in 2005 He performed on the History Channel as Ken Uston in the series Breaking Vegas. Mr. Senkewicz has appeared on the NY local cable weekly TV series Rosebay, NY, in HBO’s Sex and The City and Curb Your Enthusiasm, and will be seen in the upcoming Court TV show, ParcoPI this fall.. He is a member of the New Jersey Repertory Company in Long Branch.  Mr. Senkewicz  thanks his family for their patience, understanding, and support of this most time consuming passion.


JASON SHANE (Actor)--Returned to Tri-State in 2007 as Curio in William Shakespeare's comedy, TWELFTH NIGHT. He appeared for the first time at Tri-State in A STREETCAR NAMED DESIREHe is a 2001 graduate of Delaware Valley High School, Milford, PA, where he was a member of the school band, the jazz ensemble, choir, orchestra, and pit band.  He continues to perform while working his way toward Equity membership.  Mr. Shane credits include LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS, BLOOD BROTHERS, and PIRATES OF PENZANCE. He was recently seen in SUESSICAL at The Growing Stage.


MEGHAN SHEA (Actor)-- Played the role of Miep Gies in Season 2004's THE DIARY OF ANNE FRANK, and is delighted to be performing at TAT for the first time. She received her BFA in acting from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. Past roles include Viola in TWELFTH NIGHT, Katrin from I REMEMBER MAMA, Abigail in THE CRUCIBLE and the princess from LOVE’S LABORS LOST. She would like to thank her wonderfully generous cast and crew for their hard work.
 


KEVIN SHINNICK* (Actor)--joined the Tri State acting company for the first time in season 2007 as Malvolio in William Shakespeare's comedy, TWELFTH NIGHT.  Some favorite prior stage roles are: Salieri(AMADEUS), Dracula (DRACULA), Chorus (HENRY V), Cathal (OURSELVES ALONE), and Norman (THE DRESSER). On film you might recognize him as a spirit from M. Night Shaymalan’s American Express “My Life” commercial. He will be seen soon as a victim of foul play from Willem Dafoe & Michael Buscemi in ANAMORPH, and is a kind- hearted Dr.Moran in THE DEATH OF POE and evil hubby Howard in SKIN CRAWL (the last two just released on DVD).  He was a co–founder of TNT  in NJ (now in it’s 21st year) and the Dr. Guffy Theatre company in NY, where he directed such critically acclaimed shows as THE GIRL ON THE VIA FLAMINIA and the NYC premieres of Richard Valley’s comedy A PIECE OF CAKE and Mary Hane’s brilliant drama, THE CRIMSON THREAD. Mr. Shinnick performed, taught and directed for eight seasons at the NY Renaissance Festival in Tuxedo NY, and for six years at the Jekyll & Hyde Club in NYC. A history buff, especially of film & theatre history, he is also a founding contributor to SCARLET STREET film magazine.   He would like to thank Naomi Kolstein and KTA for their belief in him, actor Robert Quarry for his advice, and the special “Baboos” in his life. Mr. Shinnick is a member of Actors Equity Association, Screen Actors Guild, and the American Federation of Radio and Television Artists.


BRIAN SHNIPPER (Director)-- joined TAT as the guest director for Marie Jones' STONES IN HIS POCKETS in Season 2003Most recently he completed work on the East-Coast premiere of Kristine Thatcher's VOICE OF GOOD HOPE starring Tony Award nominee Frankie Faison, for Luna Stage (Star-Ledger's "10 Best of the Year".)  Other credits include the world premiere of Nagle Jackson's BARNEY DOWNSIZED, Keith Reddin's ALL the RAGE, Tennessee Williams' THE NOTEBOOK OF TRIGORIN, Nagle Jackson's A HOTEL ON MARVIN GARDENS, HITTING FOR THE CYCLE, THREE VIEWINGS and THE WATER CHILDREN (12 Miles West Theatre Company, where he served as Artistic Director from 1998-2001.)   Mr. Shnipper directed THE WORLD'S LONGESST KISS, LUBNA and ALIEN BOY, which won the OOBR Award for Best Production (Turnip Theatre Company,) and BALM IN GILEAD (Monclair State Universtiy, Kennedy Center's American College Theatre Festival Finalist.)  As an actor, Mr Shnipper was featured Off-Broadway in THE ICE-FISHING PLAY, THE GEOGRAPHY OF LUCK (Samuel Beckett Theatre), LOUIS SLOTIN SONATA (EST October Fest,) and LAST NIGHT AT ACE HIGH (Negro Ensemble Company, directed by Douglas Turner Ward.) Regionally, Mr. Shnipper has appeared with Theatrefest, American Stage Co., and 12 Miles West Theatre Co.  He appeared in the film, YOUNG SURVIVOR.


STEVEN SILVIA (Sound Designer/Tech Associate)--Steven Silvia was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland.  He is a recent graduate of Rutgers University with a BFA in Stage Management.  While there he stage managed such shows as LIFELIKE, TWELFTH NIGHT, THE ELEPHANT MAN, EQUUS, and HOLLYWOOD HITS. He is also an accomplished sound designer with credits for HOLY DAYS, BALTIMORE WALTZ, HOW I LEARNED TO DRIVE, & MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING.   He has worked on productions at Camp Louise, Circus Smirkus and most recently the Baltimore Opera Company. Since joining Tri-State Actors Theater as a senior intern in 2005, he has collaborated  on all aspects of tech and sound design for  THE WEIR, A CHRISTMAS CAROL, THE LOGIC OF REASON, and ALWAYS . . . PATSY CLINE. He  designed sound for ROUNDING THIRD, A STREETCAR NAMED DESIRE and THE PRICE.  In addition to working for the theater, Steven is an avid writer and member of the Washington Independent Writers.
 


ERIK SINGER* (Actor)--Suzanne Hayes made his debut for Tri-State Actors Theater as Jake Quinn in   STONES IN HIS POCKETS in 2003.  Theatrical credits include the title role in THE HOSTAGE at NYC's acclaimed Irish Repertory Theater, GROSS INDECENCY: THE THREE TRIALS OF OSCAR WILDE (BoarsHead Theatre), and THE TEMPEST (Vermont Stage Company.)  He has also appeared on ALL MY CHILDREN and AS THE WORLD TURNS; and was the voice of Vincent Van Gogh in the recent A&E BIOGRAPHY about Van Gogh and Gauguin.  He narrated the audiobook of the best-selling The Dogs of Babel,by Carolyn Parkhurst, as well as the upcoming The Five People You Meet in Heaven,by Mitch AlbomA  member of Actors Equity Association, Mr. Singer is a graduate of Yale University and the Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art in London. He lives in Manhattan with his girlfriend and their two house bunnies, Portia and Sebastian.


DAVID SNIZEK* (Actor)-- A member of Actors Equity Association, Mr. Snizek made his debut with Tri-State Actors Theater in the role of Mr. Otto Frank in the history-making play, THE DIARY OF ANNE FRANK. NY credits include: DAMMIT, SHAPESPERE, CHERRY ORCHARD, KING LEAR, PEER GYNT, MEARSURE FOR MEASURE and OEDIPUS REX. Regionally, David has been seen at the Barter Theatre (THE DINING ROOM), Clarence Brown Theater (HAMLET, MACBETH, GRAPES OF WRATH, A DOLLS HOUSE), Theatre Virginia (NOISES OFF), Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival (A MAN FOR ALL SEASONS), Oldcastle Theatre (I HATE HAMLET, LITTLE FOXES), North Carolina Shakespeare Festival (WAITING FOR GODOT, TWELFTH NIGHT, ENEMY OF THE PEOPLE), and Orlando Shakespeare Festival (THE TEMPEST, LOVE’S LABOURS LOST, THE COMEDY OF ERRORS). Favorite roles include: Cyrano, Iago, Petruchio, Oberon and Tartuffe.


KEVIN SNYDER (Actor)--played the dual roles of Francis Flute, the bellows mender and Mustardseed in Tri-State's ground-breaking production of A MIDSUMMMER NIGHT'S DREAM, by William Shakespeare. Mr. Snyder is happy to be returning to Tri-State for the first time as a member of the professional company. He was a member of Tri-State’s 2004 Student Intern Company and performed in THE LITTLE MERMAID and SKUPPER DUPPERS. The cast was reunited on March 5 for two performances of THE LITTLE MERMAID as part of Family Week at the Theater. Previously, he has appeared in JOSEPH AND THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT, SINGIN’ IN THE RAIN, and GODSPELL. Kevin lives in Sparta with his wonderful Mom, awesome Dad, two crazy brothers and one lovely sister. He would also like to thank them for all of their support.


DAVID B. SOCHET* (Actor)-- performed the role of Lysander in Tri-State's ground-breaking production of A MIDSUMMMER NIGHT'S DREAM, by William Shakespeare, to open Season 2005. He first played the role of Lysander at age 10 and his girlfriend, Shasta, played Hermia. Professional theater experience includes playing Mercutio in ROMEO AND JULIET for Shakespeare in the Borough/The Public Theater. Other theater credits includes MARAT/SADE at Williamstown Theatre Festival, MONSOON CHRISTMAS for the Kravis Center(Florida) Center, A PUFF OF SMOKE for Playwrights Horizon, and appearances at the Harold Clurman.


JENELLE SOSA (Actor )--  returns to Tri-State in A CHRISTMAS CAROL as Belle and others  after appearing in 2007’s critically acclaimed TWELFTH NIGHT(Maria). KIM SWANEVELD* (Stage Manager)--is a native of Blairstown, NJ, she joined Tri-State Actors Theater as a Light Board Operator for THE WEIR in 2005, became an Equity Stage Manager for A CHRISTMAS CAROL and began Season 2006 stage managing ALWAYS . . . PATSY CLINE. She is a graduate of Muhlenberg College with a major in Theater. Now a resident of Alaska, Ms Swaneveld returned in November, 2006, as stage manager for A CHRISTMAS CAROL.


KATIE TAME* (Actor)--returns to Tri-State in 2008 as Laura in Tennessee Williams' THE GLASS MENAGERIE. She has worked extensively with the company over the last three years playing lead roles in TWELFTH NIGHT, A STREETCAR NAMED DESIRE and A CHRISTMAS CAROLShe has performed in several new play readings for the New Plays Reading Series at Tri-State. Recently she played the role of Agnes in SCHOOL FOR WIVES at Centenary Stage Company. Miss Tame also participated in The International Emmy World Television Festival in New York City where she was directed by John Wooten, playing the role of Maggie in Felicity Carpenter's award winning script: TOUCHING PEOPLE.   Other New York credits include the world premiere of MYTH at Columbia University and numerous showcases at Gotham Comedy Club and Theater 22.  Favorite theater productions include HAMLET, RHINOCEROS, and THE ILLUSION. Television credits include roles on The History Channel, Fuse TV, as well as commercials for Blue Moon Studios.


DOUGLAS TAUREL*  (Actor)-- originates from Texas. He joins Tri-State for the first time in the NEW PLAYS READING SERIES’ THE COLOSSUS of RHODES.  He recently finished performing George in  OF MICE AND MEN (dir. Pat Diamond) at Urban Stages in New York, also performing both Lee and Austin in TRUE WEST (dir. by Tim Phillips) here in New York at the Irish Arts Center and at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in Scotland where it received a 4 and 5 star review from the fringe. Other credits: THE RING (dir. by Stephen Jobes), EDWARD ALBEE’S WORKSHOP (dir. Edward Albee) The New York Shakespeare Project, Abingdon Theater, The Drilling Company, Looking Glass Theater, Naked Angles, Trilogy Theater, THE ROPE BY PLAUTUS (The Strand Theater), THE LOST COLONY ( Wayside Theater N.C. dir. Fred Chappell) New York’s Fringe Festival, New York’s Strawberry Festival (Finalist). Feature films: A BEAUTIFUL MIND, IMMIGRATION at HBO Latin Films Festival, HELP WANTED (voted Cinequest Online Viewers Choice award for 2005) and recently finished filming THE BETTER BORN (dir. by Robert Lopuski). TV: LAW & ORDER, GUIDING LIGHT, ALL MY CHILDREN,PBS, Nickelodeon. Mr. Taurel is a member of Actors Equity Association.


LARA TERRELL* (Stage Manager, Lighting Designer)-- joined Tri-State Actors Theater for the first time in 2007 as SM and Lighting Designer for TWELFTH NIGHT, lighting designer for GREATER TUNA and returned as Stage Manager and lighting designer for both Arthur Miller's THE PRICE and Tri-State's holiday production of A CHRISTMAS CAROL.  A native of Santa Fe, New Mexico, she is a graduate of Southwestern University in Texas, where she stage managed and designed several productions, including  A MAN OF NO IMPORTANCE, DURANG!DURANG!, and HOMAGE TO OTHERS.  Her New York SM credits include MAN & BOY (Actors Theatre Company;) LOVE'S LABORS LOST and THE RECRUITING OFFICER (New York Classical Theatre) and  WAITING for the WORLD (Scripts Up!). Ms. Terrell is a member of Actors Equity Association.


DAVID VOLIN*(Actor)--marks his 7th production with Tri-State in the theater's  presentation of ROUNDING THIRD He last appeared as Bottom  in the Tri-State's  ground-breaking 2005 production of A MIDSUMMMER NIGHT'S DREAM. He was featured in the hilarious THE COMPLEAT WORKS OF WLLM SHKSPR, Abridged for Season 2004.  A member of Actors’ Equity Association, Mr. Volin joined Tri-State Actors Theater’s acting company in 2001 with featured roles in two productions - Jason Maxwell in ERICA’S LAST MISSION by Tevia Abrams and all the Male Roles in ON THE VERGE, or The Geography of Yearning. In 2002, he appeared as Marc in TAT’s production of the award-winning comedy-drama, ART, and returned in Season 2003 as Saul in the premiere of THE VIEW FROM HARRY'S BAR. Other credits include THE WOMEN OF LOCKERBIE, KLONSKY & SCHWARTZ, RAFT OF THE MEDUSA and THE LARAMIE PROJECT all with New Jersey Repertory Company, THE UNDERPANTS, LITTLE MURDERS, TRANSLATIONS and THE MOUSETRAP with Shadow Lawn Stage, the Women's Theatre Company's production of DIRTY BLONDE, MOLL at the Walnut Street Theatre, and LOST IN YONKERS at The Theater Project. Mr. Volin was seen in THE COMMEDIA PINOCCHIO  and TALES FROM THE GARDEN at The Growing Stage, rogerandtom at Personal Space Theatrics in NYC, A MIDSUMMER NIGHT’S DREAM at Holmdel Theatre Company, A& E the MYTH at the NY International Fringe Festival,  COCK and BULL STORY with White Buffalo Theatre Company, and a two month residency with the Bloomsberg Theatre Ensemble performing in ARCADIA by Tom Stoppard.


GWEN WALKER*(Actor)--Ms. Walker, who made her Tri-State debut during Season 2003 in the title role of  ALWAYS . . . PATSY CLINE, returns to reprise Patsy Cline in Tri-State's 2006 revival of  the perennial hit musical, ALWAYS . . . PATSY CLINE. Gwen was  Mrs. Morgan in the York Theatre's ORPHAN TRAIN and as Mrs. Harris in HOW NOW DOW JONES. Before that, she played Mrs. Durfee in Goodspeed Opera House's LIZZIE BORDEN. She  toured the country playing the delightfully witchy role of Lady Beaconsfield in the hit musical, JEKYLL & HYDE. Regional credits include: Anna in THE KING AND I; Marian in THE MUSIC MAN; Sue Ellen in the second production of Ted Swindley's HONKY TONK ANGELS; Woman #2 in I LOVE YOU, YOU'RE PERFECT, NOW CHANGE and in Delaware's Henlopen Theatre Project as Woman One in SONGS FOR A NEW WORLD. She holds a Master of Music in voice from Temple University in Philadelphia. Ms. Walker is a member of Actors Equity Association.


 SCOTTY WATSON* (Actor)-- is pleased to be making his very first appearance at the Tri-state Actors Theatre as Ten Different Characters in the comedy, GREATER TUNA.  A member of both U.S. and Canadian Equity, Scotty has written and performed for The Second City, freelances as a joke writer for television and radio and served as an alternate clown in Cirque du Soleil's - MYSTERE in Las Vegas.   Most recently Scotty was seen onstage as Donnie in the hilarious golf comedy, THE FOURSOME.  Other memorable theatre credits include Moonface Martin in ANYTHING GOES, Ping in ALADDIN and Matt Friedman in TALLEY'S FOLLY. With many television and film credits to his name, Scotty is best recognized for his TV commercials. He has dressed as Carmen Miranda, made up as David Crosby, donned red tights, and even claimed to be the first man to put his fries in the lid of a, "certain," hamburger box. Scotty's is most proud of the comedy he has written and performed with his lovely and talented wife, Carol Lempert.


KEN WIESINGER*(Director)--ken wiesingerreturned to Tri-State Actors Theater for a third season in 2004 as guest director of THE DIARY OF ANNE FRANK, and directed the final new play reading of 2004,  SHAGAROUND, by Maggie Nevill. Previous directorial credits with TAT include: ART (2002) at the Garris Center, and both the ’02 and ’03 productions of THE SANTALAND DIARIES. He recently helmed the Holmdel Theater Company’s production of THE IMPORTANCE OF BEING ERNEST. Other directing credits include stints at the New Jersey Repertory Company for productions of RAFT OF THE MEDUSA and the New Jersey premier of THE LARAMIE PROJECT. He has also directed THE LARAMIE PROJECT at Rutgers University and PICASSO AT THE LAPIN AGILE at the Center Playhouse. A member of Actors Equity Association, Mr. Wiesinger has performed in regional professional companies for several years. Thanks to Paul, Patricia, Liz and the TAT family.


JASON WILDMAN (Drummer)--appeared for the first time with TAT in the premiere of THE VIEW FROM HARRY'S BAR.  He is a drummer with many disparate influences, which together form his uniquely personal approach - often blending supple, sophisticated time and texture, funky trip-hop grooves, and ethnic soundscapes. He is steadfastly rooted in tradition while relentlessly pursuing the precious unexpected moments in music. Wildman’s multi-faceted flexibility has allowed him to seamlessly shift from performing in a trio with old-school veterans Freddy Cole and Keter Betts to playing with the Carnegie Hall Jazz Band, to interpreting new compositions with Ray Anderson, to playing completely free with Kenny Werner. Since moving to New York, Wildman has also peroformed, toured or recorded with artists including Stanley Turrentine, Dick Oatts, Bobby Watson, Mark Egan, Jim McNealy, Jay Leonhart, Phil Markowitz, Scott Robinson and Jon Faddis.


ERIC EMMANUEL WILSON (Snug, Fairy)-- will appear in the dual roles of Snug, the Joiner and the First Fairy  in Tri-State's ground-breaking production of A MIDSUMMMER NIGHT'S DREAM, by William Shakespeare, to open Season 2005.  Mr. Wilson is proud to make his debut with  Tri-State in the season opener. Past roles include: Aaron the Moor in Shakespeare's TITUS ANDRONICUS,  the title role in OTHELLO and as Lady Anne in the bard's RICHARD III.. Eric attended Hofstra University where he received in BFA in 2003 and studied at the Actors Center Conservatory in NYC. He would like to thank God, his family and friends for their constant love and support.


JENN WOMACK (Director)-- made her Season 2004 directorial debut at Tri-State Actors Theater with THE BIG BANG.    Also a teacher of theatre arts, Ms. Womack teaches acting, dance and musical theatre to all ages at Stars Theatre Academy in NJ, and is a teaching artist for the off-Broadway theatre, Women’s Project and Productions, where she teaches playwriting as part of the Ten Centuries of Women Playwrights initiative. Ms. Womack recently understudied the role of Twistina for the hit off-Broadway show, CARNIVAL OF KNOWLEDGE.   She choreographed and assistant-directed MY FAIR LADY at the Actor’s Comedy Club in NYC and assisted in a workshop of a new musical, DEIRDRE with Theatre Resources Unlimited/PennySeal ProductionsHer upcoming projects include THE JOSHUA TREE for the Milk Can Theatre Company, serving as the Asst. Production Manager for the International Fringe Festival NYC and directing the Mermaid Parade in association with Coney Island.  Past directorial credits include Rodger’s and Hammerstein’s CINDERELLA, LES MISERABLES, THE ROCKY HORROR SHOW, UNCOMMON WOMEN AND OTHERS, FIDDLER ON THE ROOF, and MOON OVER BUFFALO.  She would like to thank the amazing staff at Tri-State Actors Theater and most particularly Paul Meacham. 


PAUL ZAHOROSKY (Scenic Artist)--  Mr. Zahorosky has been Tri-State Actors Theater's resident scenic artist since 1992.  He began working at Tri-State while still a student at Wallkill Valley Regional High School and went on to study art at the Governor's School at Trenton State College. Mr. Zahorosky is also an accomplished photographer and designer. His early work for Tri-State Actors Theater includes THE ADVENTURES OF BRER RABBIT, I HATE HAMLET,  and NARNIA.  He created the mise en scene for THE GRAPES OF WRATH.  His scenic textures were seen in COLLECTED STORIES and SYLVIA during Season 2000. Mr. Zahorosky continued to produce colors for TAT in Season 2001 with THE BEAUTY QUEEN OF LEENANE, FOREVER PLAID, ERICA'S LAST MISSION and ON THE VERGE.  His scenic accomplishments include TALLEY'S FOLLY (Season 2002), the art in ART (2002), the block of southern houses in TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD (2003), and the Irish scene that was the backdrop for STONES IN HIS POCKETS (2003).  His scenic artistry has graced the stage of Tri-State Actors Theater throughout the 2004 Season. His work is seen in THE DIARY OF ANNE FRANK, THE BIG BANG, RAIN IN THE HOLLOWS, THE COMPLEAT WORKS OF WLLM SHKSPR, abridged, and THE PASSION OF DRACULAIn 2005, Mr. Zahorosky's work was seen in A MIDSUMMMER NIGHT'S DREAM, GRACE AND GLORIE, and will be seen in other productions at Tri-State Actors Theater.
