The Ice Cream Parlor
 The Garris Center is a complex of several historic buildings in the northwest corner of New Jersey.  The Center is located in the heart of the quaint and beautiful village of Branchville, New Jersey,   just off Route 206 twelve miles from Milford, Pennsylvania. [DIRECTIONS] 

 One of several historic architectural sites restored to viable economic use by the Culver Brook
 Restoration Foundation*, the Garris Center is in the process of further renewal. Today the Center functions as an intimate center for the arts, both visual and performing. The "Ice Cream Parlor" is often filled with shows featuring some of the finest photography and other art works in the area.

 The Theater, a former livery stable and blacksmith shop,Theater
 has undergone a superb restoration  and opened in 1999 with the Tri-State Actors Theater  production of Edward Albee's THREE TALL WOMEN .  Tri-State followed this provocative play with the hilarious  farce and world-wide hit, THE COMPLEAT WORKS OF WLLM SHAKSPR, abridged, and in season 2000, COLLECTED STORIES, ALL I REALLY NEED TO KNOW I LEARNED IN KINDERGARTEN, and SYLVIA. We begin our third hit season at the Garris in April, 2001!

CULVER BROOK RESTORATION FOUNDATION
       *The Culver Brook Restoration Foundation is a non-profit organizationestablished
 in 1975 to promote public interest in and appreciation of the culturaland architectural
 heritage of Sussex County.
        The primary purpose of the Culver Brook Restoration Foundation is to preserve,
 restore and put to economically viable use structures of  historic and architectural value,
 and open space areas.  On request, the Foundation provides advice and professional
 technical assistance to municipalities, groups, and private citizens in their effortsto
