Let TAT be the
place for your next social outing, corporate event,
anniversary, birthday party, reunion or fundraiser. Here are the basic steps:
Pick
A Date- Determine the best estimate
of how many seats you think
you will need and call us to book your group
discount tickets. We schedule three
performances a week to fit your busy schedule.
Reserve
A Block Of Discount Tickets for
that performance.
A 25% deposit will hold your seats.
Get
The Word Out- Announce the play
in your newsletter, at meetings
or through e-mail. Post flyers (we’ll supply
the artwork!) in the lunch room, on the
bulletin board, by the coffee maker, and soda
machine: anywhere your colleagues
have a minute to consider outside activities.
Talk it up among friends, family, clients, club members, and co-workers.
Inspire
Commitment- To make sure the date
is on their calendars, start a
sign-up sheet and collect payment immediately.
You will need to consolidate your
payment into one check or credit card order.
Pre-/Post-show
Activities- To enhance your
group’s theatre-going
experience, a backstage tour or post-show discussion
may be arranged.
Relax
and Have Fun- You have done a great
job! Now that you have booked the show and collected the money, relax and enjoy
the memorable outing you have put together.
